Glad you will be back!  Thanks for the photo use!

The Featured item will not affect you being on the wall.  It is just a tool for you to choose the items you want to display.  If you don't use Featured items it will just choose the 2 most recent uploaded items.

I'd like to hop back into the campaign for the 4th q.

And, yes you can use any photos for promotion that I have.

One techy question:  I have stopped using feature listings in my Etsy shop with the new better format pages.  Do I have to go back to that for the campaign?  or just make sure the first 3 are jewelry items?

**First page Cut Off is Net Gain of 10 new items uploaded.

Great Selling!

~Helen Smiley

**People often ask me, "How many things do I have to upload to make it on the first page?"  I am placing that number in the stats each shuffle because it changes every time.  It is the top 20 people, tie breakers first are the number of sales and second seniority in Etsy.  The number is the number of NET GAIN in # of items for sale, counting the things that sold, so you aren't penalized for sales.  I say "Net Gain" because if you upload 20 items but 15 other items expire then you sell 5 items off Etsy and sell 6 things on Etsy then the Net Gain is 6. or as a formula +20-15-5+6= Net Gain is 6.

When I first set the page up it was with just plain brown, pink, red etc because no one was using the pantone colors as tags.  Right now, all the searches are for the actual pantone names.  This is because people will be searching etsy and google for those names!  Here is a link to each search color, so you can see what Etsy brings up with the pantone names.

Just another quick question... Is it enough if I put the general color of the item instead of the EXACT color swatch color.  For e.g., can I put "Brown" as a tag instead of "chocolate truffle"? Just checking because most of my items have the color as a tag already (red, pink, brown etc.), however they don't all have "woj" as a tag.

Thanks for everything, Helen!

Massive hugs!  Smiley

I will do that!  I do know someone in the UK that is an absolute WIZARD that has done work for me in the past with non-commercial applications.  I'm begging his help too.

I just wish I had time to wrap my brain around PHP myself!  It's a very handy tool to have!
